I have spent my career at the intersection of hospitality and digital. Today, I lead ecommerce at Macau Tower, one of Asia’s most visited attractions, where I have run the department since its creation. The work covers direct sales, website operations, and social media.

The VISITA Method is the framework I developed to organize what I have learned across years of work in the industry. It came directly from real operational practice, not from theory.
